The CQC, the CQC, the Independent Regulator of Health and Social Care in England, inspected Vivo’s services in April and confirmed that our services are safe, effective, caring, responsive to people’s needs and well-led.

The inspectors noted that service users received support that was “personalised and tailored to their needs” and that “staff were committed to supporting people to remain safe in their homes”. Service users were found to have been “spoken to and treated with dignity and respect” by Vivo staff.
