Swan Care and Support South recently underwent a Care Quality Commission (CQC) Inspection and are delighted that they have, once again, been rated as good across all five areas. The inspection took place with just 48 hours’ notice and involved seven staff, seven service users and five relatives.
The report notes that the service is ‘well managed’ and that staff feel ‘well supported’. A family member commented ‘This is an excellent service. My family has an improved quality of life’, and another said ‘I feel very comfortable with the carers. They arrive on time and I have had no missed calls.’

We are dedicated to continually improving the service and are committed to ensuring our service users receive the highest standards of care at all times.”
