Training and development
We are dedicated to improving the skills of our team and will provide you with induction training as well as the opportunity to train for further qualifications to enhance your career opportunities.
New to care? We will support you through the Care Certificate to become a competent Care Assistant. Developing you further to your Level 2 and Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
You will be supported by your manager and your team who will encourage you and champion your ongoing success.
Pension - 3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution. (Auto enrolment: statutory contribution rates)
Statutory sick pay.
Life Assurance - Three times annual salary.
