Vivo were recently subject to a short notice CQC inspection, which took place on 25th February 2014.

The inspection took place in our head office at Pilgrim House and we were inspected against the following standards:

  • Consent to care and treatment
  • Care and welfare of people who use services
  • Safety and suitability of premises
  • Assessing and monitoring the quality of service provision
  • Complaints

Two inspectors visited the office on the day and looked at client files, staff training and had discussions with the managers. The subsequently also sent questionnaires to some of our clients, and talked with some of our clients and staff.

We are pleased to announce that we passed the inspection and met all the standards we were inspected against.

The CQC regulate all care providers in the UK against essential standards of care. Vivo is committed to delivering over and above these standards and to providing high quality care for our clients.
